This is a user-to-user forum. Apple largely is not here, except to moderate it. Apple also does not get involved with lost or stolen phones, except to provide the Find My / Activation Lock feature.
Most stolen phones are never recovered.
If the thief had the information needed to turn off Find My, and remove the phone from your Apple Account, that means that they will be able to reset your phone and "make your phone their own" to have a perfectly usable phone to use for themselves, or resell for ill-gotten gain.
Even if you could see a location for the phone, it would be very unwise to go there and confront criminals in person. You might lose a lot more than just a phone.
You should secure your Apple Account immediately, if you have not done so already.

You can also report the theft to the police and to your carrier (phone company). There's not much chance that you will get your phone back, but you could ask the carrier to blacklist the phone so that it will never receive cellular service again from any carrier that honors the blacklist. Because Find My was disabled, the thief will still be able to use the phone as a sort of iPod touch, but blacklisting will make it useless as a phone.

If the Find My feature is disabled then only law enforcement can find it. Whether or not they try is another matter. Realize it is likely gone for good now.
