iCloud Restore at 6 days, I've done everything, 50gb of 200gb restore, i need this for work! HELP!

Day 6 restoring my 4th gen 12.9 ipad pro. I use procreate for work, after the latest update i was plagued by crashes, so i wiped and restored.

ive rewiped, restarted the ipad to get rid of hangups, stopped pictures from syncing, plugged it into my router, restarted my router, tried different wifi's, getting 800mbps download speeds, and done every suggestion ive been able to.

my icloud backup is 200GB, i have 2TB iclooud plan, only 50gb have been restored and the last app is procreate, which i need for work. its only backing up a gig a day now. how is this a service that is worth my money? if the bottleneck is apple, why is this a thing?

i'm at wits end, is there ANYTHING i can do?!?

Be aware that your internet connection may have significantly different upload and download speeds.

Many ISP broadband connections are asymmetric. Upload speeds may only be a small fraction of "headline" download speed.

Similarly, while your local WiFi network may indicate very high connect speed, this may be significantly greater than your internet connection. For WiFi, you must also consider that this a shared/contended connection, shared by all devices that are simultaneously connecting to your network.

Me too... eta is 6 days. I have 3GbE Up and 3GbE down.... and 2.5GbE backbone. My wifi is low congestion 5Ghz 160 width. Most devices connect at >1Gb. I just tested from my iphone and get 1.2Gbps down and 1.0 up. So my network and connectivity is not an issue at all. It is at the other end... Apple side, or the device itself.

I cant tell what my restoring ipad Pro is at because during the restore all I see is that it is connected. Started an icloud restore on my new ipad pro about 3h ago. It is now at 6 days estimated remaining and the progress bar is just a 'tick' in. If this is the case, icloud backups are absolutely useless.

Going to let it sit for a bit. Obviously not alone with this...

sure, but in 2025, 200gb gets tossed around like nothing. my xbox (on wifi btw) updates call of duty every other day at 50-100gb increments in 10 minutes. so its not my internet.
