How to restore years of shared calendar information?

I was using a 3rd party app that accidentally deleted my shared iCal calendar info. I’ve tried using the daily restore process, but it only gives me part of the data. I noticed the main iCloud calendar contains all the data … how to I get all that info to transfer back to my iPad?
