Persistent beta pop

Every time I unlock my phone or close the notification shade, this message appears. I've already tried unsubscribing from the Apple beta, but this pop-up keeps appearing.

Unsubscribing from the beta doesn't change the installed OS version. Get the release from the Software Update function in Settings.

So if I didn't want to install the new update (iOS 26.1) instead of keeping the current one (iOS 26), I can't? I would, but I'd need to have at least 20 GB free.
