Pro suggestion pop-up

I keep getting a pop-up called "Pro suggestion" that corrects my grammar/spelling/etc. in Microsoft Word on my MacBook Air running Ventura 13.6.6, it locks up everything until I hit other areas several times. This just started suddenly, and I haven't changed anything on my computer. I did turn off the AI spell checking months ago because I hated it. I've tried EVERYTHING I can find on the internet to turn it off, and I can't find half of the things it says to click. One is "Show inline predictive text" in my system settings, which I discovered is not on my OS version. Another is to turn off "Suggest words or phrases as I type" in Word under Edit, which does not exist. I've turned off all the Auto Correct check boxes, and this pop-up keeps showing up. I'm SOOOO frustrated with the help I get, telling me to do things that DO NOT EXIST. Click this, it doesn't exist. Go to here, it doesn't exist. I need help on how to disable whatever is doing this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Here is the pop-up window:
