Can’t stop Apple Watch from adjusting volume on its own. Auto launch audio apps no longer in general, auto launch on watch.

I have tried to follow the following steps to turn off the crown on the Apple Watch running ios26 that is told in videos and help files. Fed up of my sleeves catching it and blasting my head. I need step by step instructions, no ‘go to this and find this.’

the following instructions do not work.

Press the Digital Crown to go to your app list or watch face.

Tap the Settings app (the gear icon).

Scroll down and tap General.

Tap Auto-Launch.

Toggle the switch next to Auto-Launch Audio Apps to the off (grey) position.

When I follow them, in settings, auto launch, in auto launch there is only a menu for ’live activities settings.’ There is no auto launch menu with a toggle to turn it off. In the live activities menu there is only options to allow live activities or auto launch live activities but nothing for audio apps. So with ios26 seemingly changing the settings around, I need to know how to stop my Apple Watch from being able to alter the volume when streaming my music as it’s definitely not in general, auto launch on the watch’s own menus. I am using a series 6 Apple Watch running ios 26. Thank you.
