MacBook screen has constant split screen glitch

Constant split screen glitch.

My macbook randomly glitches and the screen splits, showing my email page most of the time. Im not sure why or if there is a pattern. But whenever im using it, it always randomly glitches. My software is up to date, and i dont have storage running out either. Nor has my macbook had a fall or anything for the hardware to play up.
