Hearing Test Not Showing on iPhone 17

How do I enable the Hearing Test feature on my iPhone 17? I’ve already updated my AirPods Pro 3 to firmware version 8B25, and my iPhone 17 is on iOS 26.1, but the Hearing Test option still isn’t showing up.

Not all regions support this feature and the age might also be a factor.

Some Hearing Health features are not currently available in every region. The Hearing Test and Hearing Aid features are regulated health features that require approval and will be offered after authorization is received. See feature below to see if it’s supported in your region. The Hearing Test and Hearing Aid features are supported on AirPods Pro 2 and AirPods Pro 3 with the latest firmware paired with a compatible iPhone or iPad with iOS 18 or iPadOS 18 and later and are intended for people 18 years old or older. The Hearing Aid feature is also supported on a compatible Mac with macOS Sequoia and later. It is intended for people with perceived mild to moderate hearing loss.

Thanks for the detailed reply, and I actually have read all the articles you shared before I post the question. All the factors you mentioned should not be an issue for us.

Hearing test function is working well on my iPhone 17 pro but is not working on my husband’s iPhone 17. As I mentioned, I am 100% sure firmware has been update to the latest version.
