Maps data consuming 42.55 GB storage without app installed

Despite my device not having the Apple Maps app installed, the “Maps” data has been consuming storage since the day I purchased the phone. This has now reached 42.55GB, making it the largest storage consumer on my device and nearly half of my total available storage capacity.
