MacBook Air M4 not detecting location except for Find My

What application is that in your screen shot...is that the only issue, it is unclear the purpose of that screenshot(?)

Did you dig deeper than basic...

Verify you are not using any third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/VPN/Anti-Virus

all known to cause issues on the macOS

Do you have Wifi turned on?

Macs do not have GPS, so they rely on information from nearby WiFi networks to determine location.

I assume that you have Location Services turned on, of course.
