Apple Music subscription gone, even when I was suppose to have it
I was originally part of a Family Plan for Apple Music, but later I activated an individual Apple Music subscription, which was also free because it came with an Apple device. I had to start the individual plan on the 3rd of November; otherwise, I would have lost the free offer.
However, the Family Plan didn’t end until the 28th of November. This meant that for a while I was on both the Family Plan and the Individual Plan at the same time.
The problem is that on the 28th of November, I suddenly lost access to Apple Music, even though my individual free Apple Music subscription is supposed to last until the 3rd of February. I still have an active individual plan, but I can’t use Apple Music at all.
Does anyone have a solution for this? I really need my Apple Music backkk
