Hello, I’m having an issue setting up my eSIM. I’m using an iPhone 14 Pro and tried adding an eSIM, but the “Cellular Data” section doesn’t show any eSIM option, it really doesn’t appear. However, when I search “eSIM” in the Settings search bar, it says the section does exist. How can I access it?

That device was originally sold for the China, Hong Kong, Macao market. it does not have an eSIM. It can accept two physical Nano-SIM cards.

No way… I got scammed I guess, thank you for your replies anyways.
Scammed? Why? Unless they told you it supported eSIMs, this is still an iPhone and works as such, It’s just limited to physical sims.
Issue setting up an eSIM, the eSIM section does not appear.
