Need to Recover Apple ID (reset password) without phone number

Hi, this is my very first post, and I was trying to recover my apple id that i created for backup, it wasn't my main id but I need that apple id since now in Pakistan, Apple is restricting creating new accounts. Cant create account now type error occurs or even you dont receive the code on provided phone number.

Now the issue that I am facing is, I want to recover my apple ID and I dont remember the password nor the phone number that I gave for 2FA and above all I think I have blocked that number so at least I dont have that number anymore. I was trying to find apple support but it always takes me to the same link where i had to enter the phone number which i dont remember. Is there anyone with such experience that he was able to recover the apple account or any way to find what number I used since there are some fake websites that says enter cnic for getting all phone numbers you have. I tried some but none was able to find the information.
