Siri hallucinates a home address in a foreign country that cannot be removed from my address card

I live in California but occasionally spend time in another country. Siri has decided that the address in that other country is my "home" address. So somehow, in my address card, next to the correct home address in California, Siri now displays a second address that is about two streets over from where I have stayed in that other country.

I have never entered the address that Siri has inferred into any field anywhere. I don't think I have even been to the street that Siri thinks is my home address.

Absurdly, I seem to be unable to remove that other address from my home card. When I click edit, it is not actually listed. But as soon as I click done, it is again showing that address. And Siri definitely thinks that is my home address, since it tries to navigate there.

I have already cleared my significant locations cache and toggled every single one of the location switches in the privacy settings. It just won't go away. Siri is hallucinating.

Okay...interesting...

I turned off Siri suggestions in Contacts and indeed, the strange additional address disappeared. BUT, the problem seems to be pervasive throughout the whole operating system.

I actually left two AirTags in the foreign country. And now something quite strange is happening in "find my". As you can see, all my items are "home" - but two of them are about 5,800 miles away...

So that weird "second home" is known to more places inside the OS than just the contacts app. Same thing happens on the iPhone....
