Why can't I access Apple News after subscribing to Apple One Premier?

I just signed up for Apple One premiere. I previously subscribed to Apple news and canceled it when I signed up for Apple one premier. Now I can’t get into Apple news without resubscribing and paying the monthly rate. I am currently in the one month free. Is this why I can’t get into Apple news?

You might need to ask Apple about this. I know that if you or a Fmaily Sharing member has previously had a subscription to a particular service, or a free trial, that you cannot use a later free trial for that service. I don't know if when using Apple One if Apple breaks it down into individual services like that when you have had a subscription to a particular one.

If you do not see your issue, keep experimenting with any series of selections until you reach one that offers a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

Not every country has telephone support, and phone numbers may only work when calling from the same country.
