iPhone Notes data disappeared after iCloud backup

Subject: Critical Data Loss from Notes App after iCloud Backup

I am contacting you regarding a critical loss of data from my iPhone Notes application. I did not delete any of my notes. All my content, which included a large number of notes with significant embedded media (videos and photos), was present this morning.

This afternoon, after I initiated an iCloud backup, all notes completely disappeared from the Notes app.

The app's folder structure has changed: previously, I only had the 'iCloud' folder, but now both 'iCloud' and 'On My iPhone' folders are visible, and both show 0 Notes.

The original note data size was extremely large, nearly 15GB. After the notes disappeared, my iCloud storage momentarily showed 14.96GB with 0 notes. However, the total storage has now dropped drastically to 3.74GB, and the Notes app is still empty. This indicates a massive loss of nearly 15GB of content from the server.

I urgently need to recover this lost data, especially the video content, which was saved only within these notes. Please investigate the synchronization or backup process that caused this data loss on the server side immediately.
