How do I prevent messages from being copied to my iPad and require a passcode for re-authorization?

I need to disable the text messages being copied to my ipad and it needs to require a passcode to reauthorize. My iPad is not secure enough for text messages. If I turn it off, it is too easy for someone else to turn it back on.

to not have sms's be send to the ipad from the iphone, on the ipad you go into settings->apps->messages and uncheck iMessages

to limit what people can do with the device you look at Use Screen Time on your iPhone and iPad - Apple Support
