Apple Studio Display won't sleep with Mac

Mac Mini, Tahoe 26.1, 27" Apple Studio Display: Cannot put the monitor to sleep. I searched via AI, and none of the restart or reset methods worked. I went back to old school, "one setting at a time." FOUND IT. Settings / Display / Advanced / Disable "Link to Mac or IPad. This worked for various power modes and resolution quality (high/low).

I did not do any terminal updates; I wanted to try turning on/off settings first.
