Apple One with Peacock - what a headache
Ok, we have Apple One via my wife's apple id. On 10/20 signed up for PEACOCK PREMIUM PLUS via apple at $11 per month, easy. Cancel direct subscription with Peacock.
Last week Peacock stopped working - am told we need to upgrade and choose a plan.
According to Apple subscription is current.
Speak to Peacock, prove subscription is current via Apple. They give me a voucher and tell me same plan, just cancel via Apple and pay through Peacock. Low and behold, they gave me Peacock Premium (with Ads, and can't download.)
I had signed up via Apple - they show current, but Peacock states otherwise. If Apple showed as current why wasn't that shared with Peacock. So now I have wasted hours.
Apple you are supposed to be an IT leader. I get Paramount through you and pay via Apple. When I signed up for Peacock via Apple One/TV I had to confirm payment information, and was charged by apple the $11 plus tax.
I signed up correctly, Apple, Apple One, how do I get it at the discounted price, without the service interruptions, I have just experienced?
