I've unfollowed a particular podcast, but in the "downloads" it shows I still have one episode of this podcast downloaded. I can't locate that download to delete it. Any suggestions? BTW I have a MacBook Air with the Apple M2 chip and am using iOS Tahoe 26.1

If you haven't seen, and tried it already:
Apple support's online article: Save, download, or remove episodes in Podcasts on Mac - Apple Support
Eg: says:
"Remove downloaded episodes
Episodes you remove from the Downloaded tab are deleted from your Mac, freeing up storage space.
on your Mac.
next to the episode you want to remove, then click Remove Download.There is more info,, if needed, in the above linked article:
