PSVR Sense Controllers unresponsive. Please help 🙏🏻

Hello all,

I recently purchased a PSVR2 (Black Friday deal) for the sense controllers and on arrival, I updated the firmware first using my PS5. I then successfully connected both to my Vision Pro M5 via Bluetooth. Sadly, once connected my eye tracking stops and the controllers don’t seem to work as I’ve seen on YouTube videos. They are unresponsive most of the time and no matter how many times I forget and reconnect them, the same end result occurs.

Can anyone assist me please?
