How do I get a refund for an unsuccessful YouTube subscription payment through Apple?

Yesterday my YouTube was to pay for so I thought I would do it my self instead of YouTube renewing on its own so I took it up on myself and update my payment information thinking that YouTube is pay for because apple bills took 1700 so I thought it’s paid only to go on YouTube and I’m seeing that’s it didn’t so how can I get back my money and it’s not showing on the account so I could refund it I wanna know what to do because the bill is there but my YouTube is not pay for so apple I need a refund
