Unable to cancel unfinished AppleCare+ setup

I bought MacPro m4 and AppleCare+ Plan. And I wanted to finish setting up AppleCare plan, but iTunes says: "Your AppleCare plan is charged to a different Apple Account. Only the plan purchaser can make changes and manage your plan in Settings". I don't have any buttons to cancel it and I can't finish the process. I will be charged next year. That is just unfair.
