Other people's phones get notifications about my Airpods Pro gen2.

Since last firmware update, other people's phones get notifications about my Airpods Pro gen2.

Also the Airpods chirp while in the case when this happens. How do I stop both these things? I don't need them to notify any other device other than mine and I don't know why they chirp.
