Books I have purchased from other websites and downloaded as epub files decided to randomly hate loading? They deleted themselves and won’t open, and I was in the middle of a book when it happened. Now I’m mad, awesome apple 👍🏻. Great job apple 👍🏻🤨.

Do those websites say that you can use Apple Books to read the stuff you buy? If so, you need to contact them and ask for help or for a refund.
If the other files have DRM protection, you will be. unable to use those in Books. If the. other files are not protected, each can still be opened and read.
Files downloaded off other websites won’t open, but the ones purchased from apple are fine??
