Messages asking for sign in then force closing

I have a 2020 macbook pro running Tahoe 26.1, My imessage asks me to sign into it every time i open it, after i sign in, messages will stay open for about 5 or so seconds then close itself and reopen the icloud sign in page. Ive tried a billion different things including deleting certian files they told me too and even factory resetting it. My messages also arent there even though my phone says they are all synced to icloud. How do i fix this i want to use my messages.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 26.1

If you haven't already:

Try restarting your Mac (Apple menu > Restart) Wait for Mac to Restart / Log back in and see if Messages is now ok.(Deletes temporary files / re-establishes connections / may update any recent setting or account changes / and often restores order if something is not working as expected.
