Trying to add a membership to apple wallet. I click on the "add to wallet" prompt but it does not add to wallet. I only get a download file. Anyway to get this to work?

Not all membership cards can be added to Apple Wallet. If you can't add the one you want to add, you need to contact the merchant to see if they support Apple Wallet.

There are also third party apps such as Pass4Wallet and Pass2UWallet that will allow you to add a membership card to the Wallet app.
Try opening the file. And if that doesn’t work, try iOS 26.1 it is new from apple with a redesigned design language and enhancements to apps such as camera, carplay and others. Totally recommended from me.
