Mixer window scrollbar cuts off

Oddball Mixer Window Scrollbar Behavior - This seems to have started with the most recent update. There is a vertical scrollbar on the mixer window, and the default view is cutting off the bottom of the window. I can adjust it properly but then when I click anywhere in the mixer window it pops back up and cuts off the bottom. Here's a screenshot of the problem:

Anyone seen this? Know how to fix it?
