MacBook Pro M4Max: Education discount & EU VAT invoice

I would like to purchase 5 x Macbook Pro M4Max from the UK Apple store for my non-profit project. We are registered as an association in an EU country. The project is financed through an education for youth grant. Are we eligible to use the education discount for the 5 laptops? And can we get a VAT invoice with our EU VAT number?
