I have trade-in balance "Apple Store & Itunes" from recycling my Apple devices.
I was trying to redeem the voucher at Apple Store but was told QR code is no longer an acceptable payment method and that I have to contact customer service to convert the QR code in CODE form.
what should I do next?
Contact Customer Service to convert the QR-Code into Code form. You may use the Apple Support App available on the App Store for iOS and iPadOS.
