AirPods Pro (3rd generation) randomly disconnect

Hello everyone,

I’m facing a strange issue with my AirPods Pro (3rd generation). They keep disconnecting randomly, even when the battery is fine and the case is nearby. Sometimes they disconnect in the middle of a call, and other times while listening to music. The problem is that once they disconnect, they don’t connect back automatically. I have to manually reconnect them every time.

I’ve already tried:

• Resetting the AirPods

• Forgetting them from Bluetooth and pairing again

• Restarting my Mac

• Updating to the latest software

The issue still continues. It happens once or twice a day, and it’s getting frustrating.

Is anyone else facing this with AirPods Pro 3? Any idea what might be causing it or how to fix it?

Thanks in advance!

I am having the exact same issue. The Airpods won't even show up in the Bluetooth list unless I turn bluetooth off and on again. Weird thing is that the airpods are working fine with all my other devices (Ipad and iphone) and all my other bluetooth devices are working fine with my Macbook (homepod mini and bluetooth connected keyboard). So it suggests this particular bug is specific to Airpods Pro 3 connecting to MacBook. Hope they fix this soon, it very annoying!
