Impossible to log into Notion account using my Apple ID

I would:

1) Charge your battery

2) Go to someplace with a stronger wifi or cellular signal.

...Just make sure that there isn't a remote problem related to those.

My inclination then would be to contact Notion and see if there's a problem with your account there. I say them first because it appears to be you are using their interface. If not, then contact Apple and ask them about this.

Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support

Select your country (if you do not see your country, also look for "other" in regions; e.g., "Other Africa"), then "Choose a product". Click the "show" item under each category for more selections. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

When you say you sign in using your Apple ID are you using sign-in with Apple, or do you simply mean your account with Notion just happens to use the same email address as a user name? I am trying to determine if this even has anything to do with Apple or your account. The image isn't indicating anything I'm afraid, just that it is part way loading something.
