iOS feature accessibility request & preference fix.

I have 2 requests for Apple to implement in iOS.

The blue dot that shows on the left of the app name on the home menu if I update an app manually, could we have it show only if the app needs updating, It bothers me, but I don't want to wait for it to update automatically, to me it seems unApple-like or if there could be a drop down menu for the people who do like it i'd be ok with that too.

Could we have an accessibility setting because in iOS 26, the home bar doesn't stay showing (except the lockscreen), if there could be a toggle that would be amazing. And will help people who are upgrading to a homebar iPhone or are not familiar with smartphones.
