Cannot download videos from iCloud due to server error

Item could not be download due to Server error.

I have been getting this error now for weeks. It is happening on 2 PCs and Mac. Images can be downloaded with no problem however videos will not at all. It doesn't matter what file format I choose I always get that error. There is nothing wrong with my internet connection, space on any of the drives, ETC ETC. I find it pretty infuriating that Apple totes its camera as Movie quality video when you cant actually use the video. Now I know the video is not corrupted because I can play it on iCloud I just cant down load it for editing.

100% for weeks. MacOS Sequioa Safari, Chrome, Firefox. Haven't tried PCs yet. Up to 500MB has worked today. Anything bigger falls over. Different error messages with different browsers. Safari downloads says "The operation couldn't be completed. (WebkitBlobReseource error 1.)"

When it used to work, the file would appear in the downloads window with progress until complete. Now Safari and Firefox show a "Saving changes..." box which fails. Safari just fails with no message. Firefox reports "Server error". Chrome instantly reports "Server error".

Apple has no mechanism I can find to report iCloud server errors.
