New iCloud for Windows 11 App Not Unable to Verify Apple Account

I recently embarked on a mission to consolidate all of my photos from OneDrive into my iCloud account. In the process I deleted the older version of iCloud for Windows and downloaded the latest version 15.5.23. Ever since, the application, on sign in and after 2FA with my iPhone, has this warning on top:

I have clicked the link and verified the account numerous times. The message will not go away. Its not preventing syncing or accessing files in the cloud from the PC. The one thing I cannot do is utilize the Passwords and Keychains feature. Not such a big deal. It would be nice if it worked but I really hate persistent error messages. I need a fix for this. I already tried deleting the app AGAIN and resyncing the libraries AGAIN and nothing. Someone said something about a potential Windows Credential conflict. Not one I could find. I think its a version glitch. Any way to get this escalated? Or if someone has a fix PLEASE. I need to put this project to bed. Thanks.
