the Bonjour module being blocked by LSA Protection

I have the latest win 11 home edition and latest iTunes installed on my PC. whenever, I boot my win 11, this pops up!

I know how I can Disable LSA Protection and eventually I will I guess. However, also i noticed to issues:

• Very slow iCloud synchronization after 3 days i have not been able to download my icloud.com drive into my local iCloud.
• My iPhone is not recognized by iTunes.

Are these issues because of that module blockage?
