I would like to ask, if there’s any possible way to install an application that is not supported by the new system? Like, I’m currently using Ipad 5th Gen and I want to install Ms. Teams but it doesn’t allowing me to do so cause it is not supported nby the new system. Is there any other way?

There is no supported way around this.
iPad 5th gen was sold from 2017 to 2018, and iPadOS support tops out at iPadOS 16.
Microsoft requires a newer iPadOS version; usually one of the three most recent iPadOS versions.
You’ll be looking for a newer or new iPad, or using something other than Teams, or maybe using the Teams web interface.
