I’ve gotten a new phone, but whenever I attempt to add a card to it, it says add card later once I accept terms and conditions. When I attempt to authenticate, it only allows me to add the card on older phones. What do I do? My region is correct and my card should work as it is a Mastercard.

Your bank and/or PNO (Visa, MasterCard, American Express etc.) are probably blocking the card because you’re out of region.
Contact the issuing bank and ask if they’re blocking the card. Ask if they’re receiving the approval from the PNO. If they aren’t, the PNO is blocking card. If they are receiving the approval request, why aren’t they approving the card.
When you’re trying to add the card, are you using the >> Cards Found for You << option or are you tapping the + button and entering card details? What country are you in? What country is the bank in that issued your card?
I’m using the add a new card method, and typing in my bank details. I’m currently in the UK but my phones region is hk, and my card is registered in hk.
