Apple can’t manually cancel or redirect a purchase that was sent to the wrong email address, because all purchases are tied to the Apple ID that was used at checkout. However, you can request a refund if the item hasn’t been redeemed or downloaded.

Sign in with the Apple ID that made the purchase, choose the item, and select “Request a refund” or “I didn’t mean to buy this.”
If the wrong email belongs to someone else, they will not be able to use the purchase unless they sign in with your Apple ID, so you don’t need to worry about them accessing your account.
