Transfer iTunes songs and playlists from iPhone to PC

My itunes songs, both purchased from IStore and manually burned from CDs, on my PC somehow got corrupted and I lost my library and playlists. The songs are actually probably on my computer to find incrementally, but not the playlists. Both song catalog and playlist are still intact on my iphone, however. Is there a way to 1) Reverse install the songs and playlists back from my iphone into a new, non corrupted PC itunes app? (I don't want to sync, that would erase my phone) 2) If not, is there a way to download both from my iphone directly to a USB and then import that USB into the PC itunes app? Thanks.
