Purchase history not showing and not even working

Hi, an amount of ₹500 has been deducted for my auto pay request for the subscription of Canva post that I had cancelled my auto pay request for to avoid any future payments. However, my subscription plan at Canva has not been renewed for this ₹500 payment on 14 November 2025, for the upcoming month and the same purchase request is not visible into the Canva website as well. Also, not visible in Apple purchase history, please provide me a solution with either a refund or subscription activation at Canva.
