Apple TV - Home Button and Back Buttons Not Working Properly

Apple TV 4K (3rd Generation) - Suddenly, neither the home button nor the back button are functioning properly. The back button does not work at all, and the home button will not navigate to the home screen. All of the obvious actions have been taken, and this is true of both the physical remote and the software remotes on all of my Apple devices. I have updated to the latest TVOS, and I have factory reset the device. The Home button is programmed to return to the home screen.
