"Books" has lost some of its content by upgrading system OS ?

In "Books" I had some books and manuals from Apple, but I also collected some PDFs over the years, of different origins.

In the last months I gradually updated my iPad, iPhone and finally my mini m4 to OS26.1.

Today I found out that all my PDFs have disappeared in "Books".

What is the best way to find them back ?
