I’m a 68 years old 100%Disable veteran. Got my first IPhone about 3 years ago. Add a friend she went 2 years ago got an upgrade to a new phone . Now we are we have a new phone provider. They want me to pay for the new phone. I didn’t sign for a new phone. Not going to pay for anew never sign it .
I'm confused.
If the service provider s asking you to pay for a new phone, Apple has nothing to do with it.
What exactly are they saying?
Is it really a new phone they want you to buy?
Maybe it's just a new service plan.
Are they requiring this purchase for something?
If you explain what exactly they told you, someone may be able to clarify. Just know Apple has no bearing on how the service providers operate.
Has your old iPhone been locked to the carrier, as thus can not be used with the new carrier?
