Enroll in apple account

Dear Apple Support Team,

I paid the enrollment fee of ₹8,700 for the Apple Developer Program, but my account has still not been activated. The payment is reflected in my Apple account, yet I continue to receive the error message: “Unable to continue. Please contact support.”

I have been trying to resolve this issue for the past 20 days by contacting support, but I haven’t received a solution so far.

Could you please help me complete my enrollment or guide me on what steps to take next?

Something you would best ask on the developer forums if they will let you post there. It is a completely different forum from this Community which is mostly regular users of Apple equipment. There's a few developers on this Community but you would have to hope one of them would happen upon this thread.

Sorry, but contacting the Apple Developer Support is the only way to solve this, I guess.

Did you already check the Developer Forums, in case a fellow developer had this issue before and found a way to solve it?

In this case they have advised that for one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program couldn't be completed. We can't continue with your enrollment at this time.

You can still take advantage of great content using your Apple Account in Xcode to develop and test apps on your own device. Learn more about Xcode development.

I can advise you that since an Apple Developer Program purchase was never completed, Developer Support cannot assist with issuing a refund.

In this case you should reach back out to Apple Media Services Support and request to speak with a senior Advisor, to see if there are any exceptions that can be made to be refunded for your store credit.

I got this email from apple after upload my document. They don't provide me any logical reason. What should i do?
