Refresh rate for iMac M4
I have an imac m4 and cant seem to find the option to change the refresh rate it does not show up in displays. im on the newest macos so the option scaled trick doesnt work. what do i do?

According to Mactracker it only supports 60Hz.
Refresh Rate and Resolution are two different things.
To change Resolution (aka scale), see > Change your Mac display’s resolution - Apple Support

Yes they are. The OP's question was how to change the refresh rate.

I agree, but then the OP mentioned "option scaled trick" which refers to resolution.
The Author wouldn't be the first user to confuse Refresh Rate with Resolution.
