complaint regarding a subscription payment made through Apple Media Services.

I paid ₹299 on 10/11/2025 for my Amazon Prime subscription. However, the subscription is not reflected in my Amazon Prime account, nor is it showing in my Apple purchase history. The amount has been deducted from my bank account. When I contacted Amazon Prime customer support, they informed me that since the payment was made through Apple, I should contact Apple Support to resolve the issue.
