unable to access desktop icons
I am unable to access anything on my desktop. Clicking on an item does nothing and the arrow just stays there.
iMac 21.5″ 4K, macOS 13.7
Restart the iMac and try again.
Restart in Safe Mode, then restart normally and try again.
Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support
If that does not help..?
Then it sounds like the iMac needs be serviced or replaced.
