iPhone 17 Pro Max Speaker Problem

Hi, I bought my iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB yesterday. I’ve found that the bottom right speaker does not produce sound when watching videos on YouTube or any social media apps. But both bottom speakers work fine when I play music in Apple Music.

This also causes a usable volume problem at night — 1/4 is too soft and 1/3 is already too loud. There is no usable in-between.

Based on what I’ve seen online, many users are reporting the same problem and some of them actually believe that the bottom right speaker is actually a mic (when this is entirely false) I’m very disappointed that this issue is still present on the 17 Pro Max.

If possible, any assist to resolve this will be greatly appreciated.

Also, if anyone at Apple Can arrange a clear next step for me now — whether this needs to be replaced or booked in for a proper diagnostic?
