missing apple id balance

My Apple ID balance decreased from $38 to $3 right after I tried to renew my Chai subscription, but the purchase didn’t go through. or I’m not even sure if it renewed it

also as i was trying to renew it it suddenly took me to sittings then asked for my apple id password
